2 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km to help their local community in Bexley.

Oh dear. Looks like the Bank Holiday good weather and the Vitality 10K run in London today had an effect on our Goodgym team this evening. There i was all on my own so you can imagine how stoked i was to see Nick come running into Crooklog.
With just the two of us the litter pick was relatively easy to organize. We moved and talked, moved and talked blitzing the area around the sports centre. Our conversation was awesome. We spoke about how Nick met and had a selfie taken with Mo Farah over the weekend whilst he accompanied Mat another goodgym member at the the Vitality 10K special Olympics celebrations. Yes i was very jealous!
We hope all the team had a fab Bank Holiday and that the Vitality 10K run went well. We can't wait to hear all about it next week. So from a very quiet Bexley Goodgym have a brilliant week and i'll see you all for the Danson lake task next Monday.
