On the eve of December, the air was mild and Christmas lights appearing in the local area.

Ellie keen to keep her Goodgym streak of 11 months, had travelled from Hampshire tonight! Having run with Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Poole Goodgym she is well rehearsed with tasks!

Tonight was just a mini task with a visit to St John's to just have a tidy up! We hit an area of weeds down the side of building to clear edges and walls. It was pretty satisfying to see the end result in 30 mins of scraping, pulling and cutting!

We then headed off to the roads of Broadstone for a cheeky 5k, putting the world to rights!
