3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

On a clear but brisk Sunday 3 Goodgymers ran to clear leaves and rubbish the front garden of Ms N. 6 hands made for speedy work and before long the black bags were full and the garden was looking neat and tidy again
