2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Food Cycle Luton in Luton.

Two Goodgymers joined the Luton Food Cycle volunteer teams this afternoon. Food Cycle run a weekly pop-up diner in town and welcome anyone to call in between 6 and 7pm for a free meal. Kitchen and prep team whip some fruit and veggies into the shape of a warming winter soup, pasta with green salad and apple crumble and custard. Hosting team welcome guests and organise and serve the meal. We all shared along with with others in the community, the benefits of companionship and a wholesome supper. And we shared the washing up too !!
