Our lunchtime mission sounded very simple: help a member of the Red Cross team move a single bed upstairs to make way for hospital equipment for Mr F. However we had to solve a series of puzzles to get this mission done!

Firstly, none of the four keys we had been provided with gave us access to the property! Solving this particular problem involved a series of phonecalls, codes, a keysafe and at least 10 different keys, but eventually we made it inside!

Once indoors we quickly realised that the bed would need dismantling for it to go up the stairs - we had lots of tools available apart from the critical Allen keys that we needed. Undeterred, we moved the mattress and some other small furniture items upstairs, propped the bedframe up in a corner and rearranged other items to allow plenty of space for the equipment.

It was a mental and physical workout for us this lunchtime, but we were pleased to have got enough done to allow Mr F to come home as soon as possible
