Rob and Helen joined the volunteer team at Woodhouse Moor Parkrun as barcode scanner and tail walker respectively. Speedy Rob started off by running the course in 18:50 minutes giving enough time to scan the following 400 odd runners. Helen came in last with a personal worst time of 50:57 minutes but ensured no one was left behind. We also managed to introduce some other Parkrunners to Good Gym Leeds.
