With two of the original four dropping off the sign up list it was down to Linda and Jem to work on this weeks mission. We had been given a few task options but as there was just the two of us we decided weeding the garlic bed was something we could in the hour we had.

Lorena, the task owner, had suggested that nothing other than the garlic was worth keeping in that bed but one of the plants intrigued us and Jem found out it was an edible plant called corn salad so we decided to leave those plants in. There was plenty of grass and other weeds to pull out but with a little effort helped along by a lovely chat we got it done within the hour.

Lorena was there with the SHP crew after we left and she messaged to say "Thanks so much. It looked amazing and we planted in it afterwards."
