To Knowle
2 GoodGymers made their way 10.0km to help their local community in Solihull.

Last night, Rob and Chris ran all the way to Knowle from Solihull town centre, 5k each way. This was a definite slog for both at times, but pushed through to even do a sprint finish at the end down one of our segments back at base.
We will be back next week, running one of our regular routes, not running as far, it would be great to see you there!
