Three, two, one. parkrun is go!

It was a sunny seafront that greeted five GoodGymers as they as they arrived to help at parkrun. John set about assisting with the setting up of the finish funnel. Duncan took on two roles - volunteer coordinator and timekeeper. Fortuitously, he was only late for one of those tasks! Belinda and Sue managed the funnel. The duckers stood no chance today. Last, quite literally, came Ricky who opted to tail walk prior to his half marathon tomorrow.
