This is (a) booster!

1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Oxford.

With over 300 booked in and additional patients passed on from elsewhere, a hearty breakfast was required to steward the car park and the queues for a COVID vaccine clinic at Temple Cowley Health Center.

A Goodgymers true strength is the volunteer next to them so it was down to a team effort to provide a seamless service for those getting their 1st, 2nd or booster vaccines.

The overhead rain clouds did blot out the sun but I was more then happy to marshal in the shade.

After a long day, fuelled by coffee and biscuits and beaming smiles from those getting their jab, all the vaccinators and the volunteers could prepare for glory, with Christmas just around the corner.
