Ms. J and I had a lovely chat today about all things snow, from how quiet it gets, how beautiful it looks, how cold it feels, to how messy it becomes when melting. 

We each made our predictions on whether this was the last for this season. She believes—or rather hopes—that this is the last snowfall of the season. I think (read: hope) we'll have some more in the new year. Let's see whose hopes are met!

When it was time to go, I was so comfortable in the warmth of her home that I had to brace myself to head out again. Okay, Ms. J might not be entirely wrong in her thought/hope 🥶 But it's so beautiful in the snow, one only needs to step out into the magic!
