The Owl and the parkrun

It was mission accomplished as Raul (the Owl, hence the title) and I met up to set out the course for another Saturday morning run in Perry Hall Park. It was a great one to celebrate as parkrun celebrates their 15th birthday, just five years ahead of us at Goodgym. After dropping cones and arrows, talking to dog walkers and heading back to the start, we were able to take part ourselves and get our 5k too. We'll be doing the same for the next two weeks so sign up on the community missions if you want to join in.
