The one with the hokey cokey

Eleven goodgymers set off from Leisureworld this evening, after a good warm up to get the muscles ready for some running. Which was lucky, because there was slightly more running than we anticipated. After eventually arriving at the task, everyone did a fantastic job gathering leaves and bagging them up around the fountain at Middleborough. Pam from Colchester in Bloom then served up some hot mulled wine and mince pies - which was amazing! Thanks so much Pam! We then headed back to our starting point for some stretches. It was another fun night out in Colchester, doing good, getting fit, and posing for awesome photos. Well done everyone!
