The kindness of strangers
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Feeding Coventry in Coventry.

Today, three members of GoodGym Coventry supported Feeding Coventry's social Supermarket. After the burglary on Tuesday evening, word had spread and the runners were soon helping the other volunteers and staff receiving donations (including some from GoodGym Coventry members).
Sooo many people were bringing in donations, we were run off our feet struggling to keep on top of them! The boxes in the doorway are what a lady from Holbrooks had collected from her neighbours and were full of tins, pasta etc. Our lovely Lil brought in a car boot full from her neighbours as well. There was also a van full donated by Morrisons and their customers.
A nice little touch in the food bags this week was a cream tea pack for all members to celebrate VE day tomorrow.
