Here's what Mrs A of E14 had to say about the mission:

Ann's brother said it was all ok, thanks very much.

Mrs A of E14, mission beneficiary

On a gorgeous sunny Sunday morning Sarah Becky and Sharon headed to Poplar to help transform another person life. Variety of distances covered to get to the location but all taking advantage of running along the canals. Had the lovely Dave Tull from Poplar HARCA join us at Mrs A’s to explain the task, supply all the required tools and also help out with the clearing. The garden was very overgrown and was completely blocking the view from the living room window. We set about clearing the garden and bagging the rubbish ready for collection by the council. In just over an hour the garden was transformed. Even found some strange looking metal items. Dave is going to arrange for the landscapers from Poplar HARCA to remove the tree stumps and ensure the buddelia and brambles don’t return. Goodbyes said and off we ran into the sun.
