The early birds
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Glass Door Homeless Charity in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Two #GGWinterWarriors cycled from Brixton and Ealing to help with the clear up shift at St Cuthbert's emergency winter night shelter which is running this winter as part of Glass Door Homeless Charity.
They needed some extra muscle to shift some heavy tables and restore the centre to it's original layout. But there was a catch, it was at 6:30am!
Not to worry, Nicky and Liv were happy to set their alarms early and it was exactly the motivation they needed to get in some cycling miles before their last day of work before the festive break.
