TAV-TASTIC !!

It's Wednesday once more which can only mean thing-It's GoodGym.

There was the usual banter and chatter before the evening got going. Everyone is happy to see each other,spend a few hours in each other's company and do some good for the people of Colchester.

A few of the regulars were away this week David and Angela were at a wedding in Italy,Nicola was off to see Adele(is that a decent excuse to miss GG?) and Michelle had a very important exam to prepare for the next day.We hope that goes well for you Michelle.

We welcomed Emma for her first evening with us and we hope she enjoys many evenings with GG in the future. As well as Christine and Antonia who got their docs checked.**

Congratulations to James who recently became a father for the first time.

Tonight was going to be extra special as with our regular coach Angela being away at a wedding Tav,who has recently completed his leadership training,was taking charge for the first time.

One question would we all give Tav same respect we give Angela! Yes Angela we do respect you if you are reading this. Of course we would.

After our briefing from Tav and warm up we headed towards our task.

We went to the Ranger station to pick up the equipment for the task and then headed towards the river to tidy an area for our fellow citizens of Colchester.

A very successful task completed in no time at all.

We then headed to Castle Park to do a fitness session which was good fun.

This was followed by some core work and then a stretching session.

Well done to Tav on leading a very enjoyable evening.
