Talks, Runs and Leaves.

First GoodGym Lambeth of the year…. and what a belter.

Thirty three people turned out last night THIRTY THREE… that’s whopping, our biggest number yet.

A wonderful mix of old faces and new… and nobody looked like Christmas had done them any harm at all… it certainly didn’t effect the running.

We had a small change of plan as Guy was unfortunately held on a train so we couldn’t do the task at Myatt’s. Instead we headed up to Brixton Youth Centre along Brixton Road en masse where we met the lovely Sharon to be given details for the task. We moved a lot of leaves.

Whilst all this was going on, people were taken out in groups for a few leg circuits, just to make sure the run home was ‘interesting’. It also gave us a chance to get to know a bit more about each other with some random questions. I hope you all ache today.

Lovely run back, Alex lead some stretching and off home we went. 2015 is looking like it’s going to be a great one if this is anything to go by. Thank you all for coming out on a cold January night.
