Mrs L is a lovely lady who needed some help with her recycling today. She had several cardboard boxes and bags with other mixed recycling that needed to be put into the recycling area several floors downstairs. She'd already neatly put everything out for me, so all I had to do was carry it all down the stairs/lift and throw it inside the appropriate containers. Mrs L was very grateful as she was unable to do this herself.
