Supreme Beam Team

An elite squad of 8 of us for a rare saturday session. The promise of decent weather, endorphines, a classic task and some brekkie was too much to decline.

Andy joined us for his parkrun and session, we hope you can make it back on a wednesday too mate. Some very decent runs out there, a standout 17.17 from James, that's a real gem of a first 5k race, almost reward enough for having me in your ear for quarter of an hour.

Super simple task, with attached pictorial evidence of your efficiency and graft. Cleaning up some plastic and digging out some hefty beams. Was a proper workout! Breakfast club with the gang to finish what was a lovely start to the weekend.
