Today is Super Saturday I'm not talking about football or rugby but something more important and that is Parkrun. We had 6 goodgymers braving the the rain to support the local running community. At watermead goodgym legends Dave and Mel done set up and time keeping and Katy done Tailwalking. Sheila helped with tokensorting at Braunstone and over at Victoria we had Abdul as run director and myself as barcode scanning and a big shout out to Jeanette who is timekeeping tomorrow good work everyone.
