Sunny outing to water and weed community flower planters
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the London Borough of Redbridge in Redbridge.

A lovely day for a bit of community gardening! We met at the station as the planters were really dry and were in need of good watering! In fact the soil was so dry that the water was just rolling off in the beginning!
We used this as a nice arm workout of lifting watering cans and carrying them - good for biceps and good for community!
Nice Thursday morning in the sun!
