Mission

Strim Strimmer, Who got de keys to my Strimmer.

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Ruth and I went to Mr Ds house to give him a hand with his garden. The grass was up to our knees but Mr D had a bright yellow Strimmer and big plate of biscuits (including tunnocks tea cakes).

Having never used a strimmer before I was very excited to start attacking a bit patch of weeds whilst Ruth cleared and bagged another section.

We switched over after a cup of tea and a biscuit and Ruth started on the grass. Ruth was a pro stimmer and gave the garden a good short back and sides.

After about an hour and a half the lawn was looking much better and Mr D was very pleased.

Amazing work as always, Tim and Ruth. A great before and after too!

Well done both (and glad to see this one worked out, Ruth!)
