Spring has arrived
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the William Morris Big Local in Waltham Forest.

We met on a balmy evening outside the gorgeous William Morris gallery. After some chit chat we jogged off and delivered the Big Local news in pairs.
Job done quickly! We are all looking forward to the return of group runs soon.
