Spring Clean

Tonight was the first Goodgym of the year in the Daylight saving time, so it was great to meet people in the light ! Joshua and Tabitha met in Willesden and jogged down to Gladstone park. On arrival we met Samina and did a recce lap of the park to see how much litter there was for us. Pete soon arrived with the bin bags and we collected rubbish at the entrance to the park. Soon after Lee joined and off we jogged over the bridge to the centre of the park. Here we split into two groups and picked up litter, while jogging to keep warm. Once our lap of the park was complete, we stopped for a photo and threw the bags in the litter bins. Then we made our way to the top corner of the park for some hill rips, our thighs were ready for a rest at this point, so we jogged back to Willesden, stretched to cool down, and stopped for a drink.
