Spida way, It was a great Goodgym Task tonight 🕷 🕸
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the St Michaels Church in Bexley.

Tonight involved a lot of neck stretching and a home made pole so that we could get into the highest corners to zap those cobwebs.
As the ladies dusted, hoovered and tidied up Caz and i conquer our fear of heights on the ladder and made our way round St. Michaels high window arches and beams to get rid of all the cobwebs that were hiding up there, believe it or not staring up at the ceiling and trying to manoeuvre a 10 foot pole is quite a work out.
By the end of the evening we came to the conclusion the only people unhappy with our hard work tonight we're the spiders 🤣😂
