Kudos to Jo and India for full GG repping while running in today's parkrun. And double thumbs up to Sinéad and Jen (plus Alice) who volunteered.

Sinead won the style prize, coordinating her trainers and hi viz. Jo got the prize for brightest shorts!

We rounded off our efforts by visiting the Bella Mia trailer and cooled off with sorbet, iced coffee and ice cream. An excellent selection, definitely worth another visit!!
