Early morning mission and of all the days it is not sunny today, but raining. Still hot but wet, wet, wet. Mrs C welcomed me and was sorry that I had to do their front garden in the rain. She introduced me to Mr P her husband who no longer can do the garden as not well. The front garden needed some TLC with the weeds and grass invading the flower beds and flower pots. As weeding, I was pulling them out to get the roots at the same time. Picked also a bit of rubbish that the wind had blown in between the wall and plants. Mrs C checked on me several times and felt very sorry due to the rain and I re assured her that not a issue as Goodgymers love being outside regardless of the weather. During my session, Mr P caretaker/nurse arrived and was looking at the garden and when leaving said to Mrs C and myself it looked amazing. It rained the whole time and stopped at the end of my session : my gloves were soaked!!Luckily I took my light weight waterproof hoody to stay dry. By the looks of it, the snails did not mind the rain.No more weed or grass and 2 bin bags filled. Mrs C tanked me again and was very grateful for coming despite the rain. Look at the lovely flowers in the garden.
