Sofa, so good

Mrs J needed help moving a sofa so she can return from hospital.

We had a little help from a friend of Mrs J who had just finished painting the corridor. The sofa was large and the corridor was narrow, and we had the newly painted walls to try and keep clean. The challenge was on.

Our first attempt didn't go to plan, we got it to the front door but couldn't get it out.

We returned the sofa to the living room ready to see what we could do to make it smaller. We thought the legs might unscrew, but after many attempts that was not the case.

We knew we'd have to put our heads together to get it out. It took a bit of tetris thinking; a shift into another room; lots of left, right, up, down and tilting around corners; and then we did it. Sofa outside and 3 very relieved faces!

Now Mrs J has the space for her new bed so she can come home and enjoy her space again
