Mission

Sofa so good

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Liverpool.

After a 6 week stay in hospital, Mrs S needed to make space for a hospital bed so that she could get back home. Two goodgymmers were tasked with moving a sofa and armchair into the shed to make space in the living room. Pauline's maths skills came in handy as we figured the angles to squeeze the sofa into a narrow shed. We didn't forget about the fitness aspect- Pauline cycled all the way from Waterloo and back, (but unfortunately she forgot to press start on her Strava). Eimear had a more leisurely walk to the task. Mrs S's daughter was delighted with our work, even asking where she could leave us a good review.
