I met Mrs E for the first time on Sunday after a short 2 mile run to Forest Hill.

I met her son and daughter in law before having a cup of tea and good old chat for the hour and half.

It was a pleasant way to wind down on a Sunday afternoon after a busy weekend. Mrs E told me all about moving to Forest Hill more than 40 years ago!! And seeing the area change.

Looking forward to seeing her again at some point. :)
