This was my first visit to Mrs J, who has a pet budgie and who loves tigers. She has a lovely collection of plates featuring tigers greeting you, as you step in the hallway. I had to take a photo of (some of) them, of course! ๐ฏ Mrs J does feel isolated in her home and she is very appreciative of our visits. She lives in a quiet cul-de-sac, and besides the visits from the careers and occasionally from her son, the passing of the time during the day is only punctuated by the arrival of the bus. That's twice a day, and there is no bus on Sundays... She likes to keep busy with crosswords and watches TV quiz shows. And there is Sunny, the pet budgie, who was resting, or perhaps a bit shy, while I was there, who keeps her company. It was a nice and relaxed chat and I promised I'll visit her again soon.
