Lovely run in the sunshine up from Stroud Green, through Haringay, Turnpike Lane and to Wood Green. A few steep hills to test the thighs and lots of people out and about for a social distancing pavement slalom. Mrs B was very organised and had the shopping bags and envelope of money in the porch waiting for me, so a quick pop round a very busy Morrisons, nip into Sainsbury's for the missing items and then an enjoyable walk back in the sun past the elaborate Wood Green Crown Court building. Mrs B was very grateful for the food and delighted to have GoodGym support. Then back the way I came, via a few more hills, my watch buzzing for 10km just as I stepped onto my drive.
