4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Croydon.

Today 5 of us headed to Lloyd junior parkrun to help marshal the course for 89 juniors to complete the 2k. With a few of the regular volunteers away on their winter breaks, I know we were a welcome sight. So a massive thank you from the core team.
It was alot warmer today than the last time we were here, which was good. Unfortunately, the last time we were able to use cafe as it was closing today. Hopefully they find new buyers soon.
Talk of refreshments, we decided we should have a November social even with our Christmas meal so soon after.
Lovely to see Andy's kids back again to beat their times and help marshal.
We look forward to helping out again in December.
