What a great day at the National running show! Nigel, Allan and Laura all helped out on the GG stand throughout the day.
Free coffee, brownies, meeting other GoodGymers and chatting to the public about what we are all about, what's not to like?
Lots going on relating to all things running and fitness and a great atmosphere. Loved it!
