Dave, Ellie & I (and Charlie the grumbling spaniel!) helped marshall the 10K, 5K and 3K Race for Life events.

There were heartfelt messages written on the Racers' backs, reminding us of their reasons to raise funding for Cancer Research.

We cheered, encouraged and shouted directions (and some might say there was no need for a megaphone!)
