Short and steep

Last night's group run saw us back helping with the terrific Together Trust, spreading the word of their upcoming pop up charity shop to the local Cheadle community.

You wont beLeaf(let) that we do love a leaflet drop task at GoodGym Stockport as it's a great way to get a run in, catch up and have a social run.

We started from our Life Leisure Cheadle base with a hefty uphill jog (or slog!) to our delivery destination then meandered our way through the sunny streets, delivering as we went.

We heard about all about Meera's adventures, Ben's canine companion, Laura's 30 before 30 and Sian's whale watching.

All in all, a whaley good time!
