2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hounslow.

Mr K needed his weekly shop as standard, with a few extras like face cloths. As it was his birthday recently, Beth and JP took him a card and spent some time with him finding out about his day. After a bit of football watching, we went on our way.
