I was a bit surprised when I got to Ms Y’s that her carer hadn’t been but assumed that she would have been and gone by the time I got back from the Co-Op. The shop was a fairly quick one. When I got back to Ms Y’s she looked worried, the carer was being held up by a medical emergency and Ms Y was hungry. So with instructions from Ms Y, I put the frozen dinner in the microwave, served it and took it into her living room. The replacement carer arrived at this point and was able to make the cuppa to go with it. Ms Y was so grateful.
