1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Miss C had a lovely long list of shopping from Sainsbury’s so that was easy peasy. Carrying it the short distance to her flat was, errrr, a little more tricky (bloody plastic bag handles....). Luckily we had no escapees on the way so dropped it all off and Miss C now has staples to keep her happy.
