Shop Fit

It was a night for dog lovers tonight as we had the usual company of Molly the shop dog AND got to meet Catherine's friend's puppy through the metal railings... VERY cute!

Vicki had bought her gardening gloves with her so she was out the back in the fresh air doing battle with the weeds. She did get some assistance from two local little children but also had to duck their water pistol shots - so all the fun was definitely happening out back! The weeds got cleared, along with quite a bit of rubbish and the bins were moved back to their original spot which will please the residents and give a little more space.

Sam and Catherine were Team Steam this evening, giving a whole railing of clothes a going over with the two steamers, whilst admiring what was there and managing to not make a purchase this evening. Lynn was tagging and hanging and she was the person to make a purchase this evening. I had a fun job of getting in the store cupboard (old changing room) to locate some size 10 and 12 tops and dresses to go out - I did think I might get stuck in there but once I made it out of there it was on to hanging all the found clothes and regularly interrupting the meeting that was going on in the office to get a supply of hangers!

Plenty of stock is now ready to go out and the outside area is looking good and tidy. As always, a great job done by the GoodGym team. We're back again next Thursday and I'm sure we'll be booking some more time in here too. If you haven't ever been to the shop, do go along and check it out, you will find plenty of treasures in there for very little money!
