There is no better way to stay warm on a cold Saturday than by doing a bit of exercise!

Our mission was to prune some trees for Mrs L. She initially seemed slightly surprised to discover that we weren’t ‘2 strong men’ but I think we managed to unleash some girl power and show that women are just as strong! :)

After around an hour of stretching up to high branches, clambering up and down ladders and jumping out of the way of falling branches (and yelling TIMBER, in my case), we were done (Shout out to Juliet for facing her fear of heights).

Mrs L was very grateful for our effort and also shared some stories of the voluntary work she does.

What a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
