3 GoodGymers Kim, Chris and Jess assembled on a sunny spring Saturday to help Mr G get his garden back from the winter weeds.

Mr G is a keen gardener but his knees are no longer keen on weeding so he appreciated some help. After an hour of attacking the weeds with a variety of tools (sadly he couldn't find his new shears for the grass), the patio, lawn and flower beds were clear.

We had a nice chat and saw some photographs of his old garden and learnt many tips about getting rid of unwanted weeds and insects. Before leaving there was just enough time to hear his plans for what he is going to do to the garden in the coming weeks now that it is clear again.
