Setting the Gwent League a-Blaise

Another great afternoon at the Gwent League cross country, as eight runners from GG Bristol and Cardiff turned out for the third fixture of this season at Blaise castle estate.

It was a chilly afternoon, but thankfully the course was (mostly) sheltered from the icy wind. It's a nice, flat(ish) course - just that one "short" steep hill. Not even very muddy, though there was one rather slippery corner! But all the GG team stayed upright, and flew around the course, lighting up Blaise with GoodGym red.
