One Goodgymer turned out on a chilly but dry evening at the athletics track for the first of this week's sessions, guide running for the Luton visually Impaired runners group. Will is powering through Week 3 and upping the pace of the run intervals. Less chat more focus from us all and smashing our way from couch to 5k. A creditable sub 45 minute parkrun under his belt already so the regular effort is paying off. Keep on running !
