See how they run from the Phoenix!

A magnificent seven Goodgym Members gathered at the phoenix cinema to support this fabulous institution. Our mission was to deliver flyers to help encourage more visitors to this the oldest purpose-built cinema in the UK. I know .. surely that is a good enough reason to see a film (also Goodgym Members get a 10% discount!) We gathered in the foyer out of the rain to chat, introduce ourselves and recommend our favourite things to do in Barnet. (This for our new recruit Naomi who has recently moved into the area. ) We gathered outside for a brilliant photo opportunity outside at a poster of a film called ''see how they run'. (in our case see how they run in the rain!) We ended up running 5 km mostly through parks and quiet roads. We even managed to do some exercises en route and deliver all the leaflets given to us.

well done for braving the rain and doing some good! ( it’s always easier than you think!)
