4 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

The wonderful folk at The Grit studios are part of a new collaboration - creating a community centre and talk shop in Edgeley and needed some help to transform the building so it was fit for purpose.
We scraped ans cleaned, swept and chatted.
We ran and undulating run to the venue, followed by an uphill struggle back!
