On a frosty stunning sunny morning we all met to participate in the GoodGym parkrun takeover. Under the watchful leadership of run director Belinda we all headed off to our marshal stations

It was all about layers and keeping warm today. I considered myself lucky as I had chosen tail walker today!

With 318 finishers is was considerably quieter than normal but not surprising given the white pavements and grass!

After the park run nearly all of us headed for brunch at munch !
