Last minute.com

Due to a last minute change we met at Splashpoint and headed out in twos for a beach clean. We headed to have a quick look at the GG seafront flowerbed before heading onto the beach and shore line for a clean up job!

It was really lovely down on the beach and so a few of us stayed a little longer than anticipated. This meant we didn't have time or energy for a run :(

Next time we will get the run and fitness done first!!
