Scaling heights

Ms A put out a call for help with her curtain - one or more of the thingies holding it up were broken so the curtain wasn't closing properly anymore. With some health issues making standing on a ladder a bit dicy, Ms A rightly asked for some help to sort the problem. 10 minutes work involving adding a new thingy (what are those things called anyway, the hooks to hold up the curtain??) and rehanging the curtain and a grateful Ms A was happily able to close the curtain again.
